Sadie Amara Calvano hails from America and is known for playing Violet Plunkett, in CBS"sitting show Mom. An California resident, Calvano was initially interested in gymnastics competition. Then, she chose to be an actress. Her first screen appearance was in the year 2010 with a segment of CBS program "NCIS,". The actress made her debut on the big screen within a year on the Biographical Drama "J Edgar". She was one of the top young actors to be seen throughout the several years. She received an award nomination to the Young Artist Award, Best Performance by an Actor in the Younger Years of Actress on a TV Series due to her performance in "NCIS". She was also nominated in 2013 for an Young Artist Award, this time due to her performance as a guest star on Disney XD's comedic series "Kickin' It". Calvano was a key character in "Mom" in the series in its first three seasons and also made appearances on several episodes of Season 4. The year 2015 was the year she was awarded the Gracie Allen Award of Outstanding Female Actor - Rising Star for her performance in Mom.
